Main terms:

It is up to the student to choose the number of monthly classes and class hours.

Students are not allowed to discuss any payment and contact details with their teacher. In case of any loss or damage, Tiba Alarabya Institute will not be responsible.

Tiba Alarabya can increase/decrease fees of students with notice due to fluctuation in currency rates.

Tiba Alarabya an revise its Terms of Service at any time and those would be updated and added on the website as well.

Attendance Policy:

• Students should outline the set number of hours they will study each week in a month.
• For example, Khadijah studies every Wednesdays and Fridays for an hour each week. That is a total of eight hours in month.

- All set lessons will be charged.

• If a student is absent in any class without prior notice (except in case of emergency), the Academy or the assigned tutor is not obligated to provide an alternate class or reschedule the class.

If a student missed a number of study hours, the teacher must arrange with the student to make up for these classes that have not been completed on any other suitable days.

• If a student cannot attend a lesson, notice should be given a day in advance and there will not be a fee for that missed lesson.
• Sometimes there are instances where there is a situation or a case of emergency beyond a student's control. For this reason, we have set a limit of tone cancellation in a month for mitigating circumstances.
• If there continues to be missed lessons without the standard notice Tiba Alarabya Institute requires, (a month in advance) the missed lesson will have the regular fee
• Students must be on time for class. Tiba encourages students to prepare for their class 10 minutes before to ensure they have
• If a student wants to withdraw from the course or wishes to take a break, notice must be given a week before.

• If a teacher is late for the class or absent, the tutor will make up any missed time or class.

Tuition Fees:

• Students are obliged to pay the monthly fees in advance.
• Reminders to pay the class fees will be sent a week in advance. It is important that fees are paid on time as per policy.
